The Price was the cheapest, Staff were so friendly. The locat is Good in Al Hamara by walking. They upgrade my booking from room to suit. was so nice, Clean room but the fresh air was smelly
The A/C wasn't that good even the bathroom, but you can use it. I booked in this hotel coz i need a bed only for sleep.

I loved staying in Diana hotel, it was above my expectations. The crew were very friendly and cooperative. Mr Zahi the gm is just a cool and gentleman. The location is perfect between Al Hamra St and Al Rawshah. If I am going to visit Beirut again I am going to stay at Diana tower Hotel and I think I am going to be back soon. I highly recommend it Thanks guys for the warm hospitality

The location was great - it was very near to Hamra's main street and to LAU and AUB. There was a grocery store very close. Also, the staff was very helpful. When I needed a pot or a hot plate, all I had to do was ask. They helped me with cabs, finding my way around Hamra, etc. One of the staff members, Mohamad, was extremely helpful and very responsive to all emails I sent prior to my arrival, ensuring that I would have everything I needed when I arrived for my stay. This is a budget-friendly hotel, but I was surprised that it was still nice for the price and very comfortable; it is very clean and the kitchenette was SO convenient to have use of - the cupboards were supplied with plates, utensils, pots, and cups. There was also a mini-fridge with bottled water. The WiFi was great, the AC worked beautifully, and there was a nice big balcony with chairs. All in all, it was just what we needed!
The bathroom was not in the best shape - it was very tiny and the shower sprayed over the toilet.

The guys at the front office are a reflection of Lebanese hospitality at its best to say the least. The staff went out of their way to ensure that not only were we comfortale, but we could get to the services required around town, and even did minor repairs to our travel-tired suitcases! To crown it all, they helped us with transfers to the other extended-stay hotel that we had to take for more than a month as we sought schooling the kids. May God bless them with a long life and return all their efforts a hundred fold.
For the amount paid - one can hardly complain about anything. It will be worse anywhere else I think.

Very nice staff, extremely attentive to our baby. The location is awesome, right in Hamra, with taxis available outside.

Reasonably good location with plenty of grocery shops, eating joints and good restaurants nearby. Taxis were abundant and quite easy all along teh day, including late evenings. Mosque nearby and a posh ice cream cafe were icing on teh cake.
Too simple breakfast and lack of tourist guides/brochures, no direct access to taxi services. Room and services were not properly checked; shower drain was blocked and one of the beds broken. They were fixed after reporting to teh reception.

Very good value for money. Our appartment was spotlessly clean and included all basic necessities. Staff could not have been more helpful. Great location - 5 minutes from Hamra and about the same the other way to the Manara. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
